(20 minute drive) excellent calm beach for kids and great value for your money here with some water entertainment. Water trampoline, rope swing a boat ride to see the sea turtles which includes snorkel gear. $120.00 BBD for 2 adults includes all of the above plus 2 lounge chairs, umbrella & $90.00BBD credit to spend in the restaurant (Sharky’s.) Please take ID with you, they like every guest to have it but they have let us in with just one adult in the group with it. Better to be safe than sorry and have it. www.theboatyard.com

The Boatyard is a sometimes loud, boisterous beach club that offers lots to do for families with kids. The price of admission includes chairs, umbrellas, water tramps and slides, swim with turtles boat ride, rope swing, beach volleyball and more. The downfall is the loud music and when they do shots with the cruise ship guests. To avoid this, arrive early and secure chairs furthest away from the bar. You pay one price, but you get back about 75% of that in food and drink credit. For kids ages 5-10 this would be a favourite!

An Ultimate Day Club. Discover beach chairs, picnic tables, and jet ski's/seadoo's for rent at $35USD for 20 minutes among other activities where you can swim with the turtles. Expect to pay $45 Barbados Dollars as an entry fee where it will go toward food and drinks

Great place for being on the beach and having fun during the day. Lots of water sports. Entrance fee is $20
