Retreat to this renovated one story house in sought- after neighborhood just 1.5 miles from Historic Marietta Square. Large windows provide a bright and airy atmosphere in every room. The beautiful new kitchen includes all new appliances and a breakfast bar. Enjoy a morning coffee in the sunroom overlooking the garden. There are three large bedrooms with two kings and one queen bed. The master includes en suite bathroom. Close to many event venues, and excellent dining options.

Remodeled in-law suite in a quiet area of Marietta! Amenities are: bedroom with queen bed/dresser, bathroom w/ shower, fully equipped kitchen, living room w/ TV & washer/dryer. WIFI available. The suite can comfortable fit 2 adults. There will be additional fee for extra adults/children. As for pets, only 1 dog is allowed but it will be a case by case basis & there will be a $60 pet fee. If your dog is left alone, must be crated while away. Please reach out beforehand for approval.

Hi, my name is Ryan and I’m a full time musician who travels a ton. My beautiful cottage home is located only 1 mile from the Marietta Square and sits right down the road from all the incredible nature walks that Kennesaw Mountain has to offer. Come stay in this extremely clean and well maintained home away from home. Quiet, safe, plenty of free parking in the driveway, and a front door keypad lock for the easiest access. I’m looking forward to hosting new friends!:)

You’ll love our place because of a quiet, separate entry to a spacious apartment, and high deck with a view. Our apartment is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
