You will feel like you are miles from civilization, but with the convenience of being close to town.

Enjoy roosters crowing, deer sightings and quiet mornings on the porch. Private entrance to a spacious, smoke- free basement apartment with two queen beds, 2 full baths, full kitchen, and a single bed alcove. Occasional sump pump noise. We live upstairs and respect quiet hours (11 p.m.-7 a.m.) a perfect spot for families or travelers seeking rest and nature.

The Nest is no-smoking and smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property. It is a peaceful getaway and great for a romantic weekend or quiet retreat. Canoes, kayaks, trails, and a fire pit are available plus the kitchen is stocked with everything you’ll need. Close to Serenbe, Newnan, and the Atlanta Airport. You’ll love my place because of the arty style, the peaceful vibe and the beautiful lake view. The cottage is on 34 private acres and directly behind the main lake house.
