Centrally located along the St. Johns River, Moonlite Retreat is 100 yards from the main channel and 500 yards from Welaka Spring. Come sip a cup of coffee and watch the sunrise over your private boathouse from the comfort of your private screen porch. Then leave from your boathouse and explore the St Johns River.

Full kitchen, the bedroom has a comfortable king size bed with a walk in closet that provides plenty of room for your personal belongings. Nestled atop a serene bluff, the house offers a fantastic retreat for guests. In addition, there is a private floating dock where you can tie up to a 28 ft boat after a beautiful day fishing or enjoying the water. Please note, access to the dock requires walking up and down approximately 36 stairs (see photo of bluff). Whether you’re exploring the nearby attractions or simply relaxing on the bluff, we’re happy to assist you with any questions before or during your stay a Sportsman’s Bluff.

Boating and Fishing at your Fingertips with private, over-the-water dock and ramp to floating dock where you can tie up your own boat/kayak/jet skis. The perfect end to your beachside dream day will be watching the sunset while on your private dock.

This three bedroom two full bath has a lot to offer and can fit the whole group. Spend the day swimming in the lake, boating with a boat access down the road, or take the three kayaks available out to enjoy the nature Lake Ida has to offer. Enjoy an evening grilling out on the upper patio or spend the evening on the lower patio with the brisk breeze off the lake.
