Nestled in nature, this upstairs 820 square ft apartment offers seclusion just 10 minutes to downtown Newnan and 35 min to Atlanta airport. External private entrance from the home’s main front porch provides access to private stairwell. No shared walls and no shared space with other guests. Hosts reside on ground floor via separate entry. Whether a short or long term stay, the apartment is perfect for a vacation or a business trip with full kitchen and super comfy bed to ensure a pleasant stay.

Plenty of privacy & quiet space. Our modern farmhouse styled space is sure to make your stay cozy and enjoyable. Come and relax with plenty of board games to play, your favorite series on Netflix or Prime to watch, or curl up on our outdoor swing bed and read a book. Enjoy the outdoors with full private access to the pool (open seasonally), an outdoor fire place, and a new hot tub and walking trails to enjoy the outdoors. We DO live onsite and may spend time behind the barn in our shops.

Couples can escape to this serene hideaway, enjoying their own private cottage. Experience nature with your own campfire, or take a refreshing swim in the heated pool and relax in the hot tub. The guest house offers private accommodations, including an additional loft bedroom, a fully furnished kitchen, laundry facilities, bidet, covered parking, and Wi-Fi access. Enjoy a fresh cup of coffee on the covered porch overlooking the creek that runs in front of the cabin. Listen to the woods around you and if you are quiet enough, you may see the deer walking the property. You will feel like you are miles from civilization, but with the convenience of being close to town.

Come, relax at the lake. The setting is secluded lakefront mobile home on 1 Acre of land. A large screened-in porch (24x16) overlooking the lake invites intimate conversations, fishing and some enjoyable time on the water. Paddle boat or Jon-boat is available (with notice) Tumlin lake is the City water supply so water is clean. No Motorized water-craft allowed on lake. Only sail and paddle craft permitted. The lake is surrounded by private property owners. Come, explore!

It is a self-contained unit in our carriage house with your own bathroom, washer/dryer and mini dry kitchen. Please note …there is a living space above the unit with 2 occupants and their service dog IRoh so there may be some foot noise and barking during the day. The TV is “smart". NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

Goat Farm Guest Suite

Our goat retreat suite is on a 2 acre wooded lot in a quiet and secluded area. The suite has a private entrance off a common hallway in our detached outbuilding. A queen bed, full kitchen, bath, Wifi, cable TV. Outside is a patio & several games, plus goats (& deer & hawks, etc). Currently we have 4 goats, Mocha, Immy, Miss Betty, and Daisy! (Note: we are ADA exempt. Sorry, but no service animals.)
