Arriving at Olival de São Filipe means first stopping to take in the view. The high location of the seven-hectare estate provides rich vistas. “Even more beautiful than in the pictures”, is a frequently heard response. You look out over the Atlantic Ocean, the Tróia peninsula - with a sandy beach as far as the eye can see - the Fort of São Filipe, the mouth of the Sado river and the city of Setúbal.

Queremos previligiar a tranquilidade e o descanso dos nossos hóspedes no espaço do alojamento. Com estacionamento á porta o alojamento, situa-se numa zona rica em praias que podem ser exploradas pelos nossos hóspedes, como por exemplo, Sesimbra, Meco, Lagoa de Albufeira, Arrábida e Costa da Caparica, 15/30 min.

WINTER MONTHS The house has central heating. A very efficient floor heating system keeps the house warm. You will not be cold, we guarantee it! Modern small house with outdoors, small pool and a 15 minute ride to the beaches. Recently renovated, a sliding door from the kitchen to the outdoor to take full advantage of the country's beautiful weather. Located near walking and bike paths of the Serra da Arrabida. Out of the ordinary. No airbnb services are allowed in our house at any time.

Temos um BBQ a gás para os seus grelhados com os utensílios necessários. Existe um recanto muito acolhedor com um fire pit (braseira) para momentos únicos e especiais de lazer.
