Beautiful house located in Quinta do Anjo, in Palmela, a true haven of tranquility just 27 minutes from Lisbon and about 25 minutes from the stunning beaches of Setúbal and the Arrábida Mountains. Just a few minutes away, you’ll also find Tróia, known for its paradisiacal beaches with crystal-clear waters and white sand, perfect for unforgettable days of relaxation. Fully renovated in 2020, this house was designed to provide comfort, privacy, and well-being. Accommodating up to 5 people, it features two bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with a double bed and a single bed. The house includes an indoor bathroom, a spacious living room with large glass windows that open directly to the garden and pool, creating a unique connection between the interior and exterior, especially at the end of the day when the atmosphere transforms into a true scene of tranquility. The kitchen is modern, white, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The house also offers air conditioning, television, and internet. Outside, you’ll find a private exotic garden designed for relaxation and socializing. The pool, seamlessly integrated into the garden space, is saltwater and enjoys excellent sun exposure throughout the day. Around it, there are loungers and outdoor cushions, perfect for unwinding. There is also an outdoor shower next to the pool. For food lovers, the house has a barbecue, ideal for preparing fresh fish or a picanha and enjoying a relaxed meal outdoors. In front of the main house, there is a unique support space with a rustic kitchen and a bathroom, perfect for family or friends’ gatherings. Uma Villa de montanha construída à mais de 100 anos , implantada sobre uma imponente rocha com uma envolvente única e uma vista de cortar a respiração sobre o mar a cidade , Cascais e a montanha onde está inserida . A casa foi remodelada recentemente e ampliada com uma construção moderna e de design desfrutando da vista e da envolvente . Vê-se desde o topo da Serra de Sintra, ao Guincho ao Cabo Espichel. A dois passos dos percursos pedestres da Serra de Sintra e dos seus monumentos e junto de bons restaurantes , de cafés com bom ambiente , a pequena aldeia tem supermercado e farmácia para sua tranquilidade. Os hóspedes têm à sua disposição uma casa com 2 quartos, sala e cozinha, totalmente privativa e acesso a um grande jardim com uma piscina infinita onde podem desfrutar da maravilhosa vista. Moro na propriedade e estou disponível para partilhar histórias e informações sobre a região. Adoro ciclismo e conheço a Serra como a palma da minha mão. Posso partilhar os segredos da serra e aconselhar os melhores restaurantes da região. Malveira da Serra, aldeia pitoresca junto a Cascais e Lisboa (20 min), com percursos pedestres na Serra de Sintra e seus monumentos. A Praia do Guincho e as suas dunas selvagens com a sua beleza única, são um paraíso para o Surf/Kite-surf/Windsurf. Aconselho o uso de carro próprio.

Palms, pool and pet

This house is not for everyone. This is not your flawless and perfect design villa. This a house full of character and life. There is one cat living on the property who will ask for attention. You may or you may not engage but the cat will be around, as she lives both outside and inside the house. The house has a large living area with an open fire place, a terrace, a pool (6 m X 12 m) and a tropical garden. A car is needed to get there and around, as the house is disconnected from the village.
