The studio has a lush queen murphy bed, full bathroom, kitchenette, and TV in addition to a DREAM patio sunroom complete with a gorgeous bed swing. Come rest and enjoy all the comforts of a unique space within walkable distance to the happenings of main street downtown Ball Ground.

Goat Farm Guest Suite

Our goat retreat suite is on a 2 acre wooded lot in a quiet and secluded area. The suite has a private entrance off a common hallway in our detached outbuilding. A queen bed, full kitchen, bath, Wifi, cable TV. Outside is a patio & several games, plus goats (& deer & hawks, etc). Currently we have 4 goats, Mocha, Immy, Miss Betty, and Daisy! (Note: we are ADA exempt. Sorry, but no service animals.)
