Fresh air and back to nature. Imagine a tiny but comfortable hotel room in a rural setting. You'll hear roosters crow as the sun rises. Take a walk on a moonless cloudless night, and you may see stars. This 190 sq. ft. tiny house is a ten minute drive to either Rock Springs or Wekiva Springs, a four minute bike ride to the West Orange Trail which runs for 22 miles, and a 15 minute drive to the Lake Apopka Wildlife Drive. The major theme parks are a 30 to 45 minute drive, depending on traffic.

This is a fully equipped, studio apartment at Northwest Square in DeLand. Northwest Square is the adaptive reuse of the 30,000 square foot Trinity United Methodist Church building. Northwest Square has 4 event spaces, a coffee shop, food hall and tap room, a flower and gift shop, a commercial commissary kitchen, and 15 apartments. There is also an outdoor seating area with a permanent food truck. The apartment is fully ADA accessible with a king sized bed, full kitchen, and curb-less shower.

We are located 7 minutes from the Sanford Airport and Boombah Sports Complex, 10 minutes to Downtown Sanford, I –4 & 4–17. We’re also central to many Central Florida attractions such as Natural Springs, Sandy Beaches, Theme Parks and Historic Districts

Enjoy a warm and inviting stay in our beautiful Sanctuary in your own private guest quarters, sweetly dubbed, "The Hillside Haven Oasis" This is an extension of our home, similar to a Mother In Law Suite. Tiny Home (one of two guest houses) on a private 13 acres in a small equestrian town. Away from the main house, so it is private, but not isolated. Ideal for 2 guests, but there is a pull-out sofa which could be comfortable for one more adult or a couple younger kids. (Some have mentioned it's not that comfy for grown-ups. Very firm.)
