Our home is nestled down a small hill in a hollow that has a lovely little creek at the back. There are only 2 houses in our small hollow and we share a cul-de-sac. We are a single detached house that backs up to woods and the creek. From the front porch you can see the neighbor's home across the cul-de-sac but from the elevated back wrap-around deck you can only see woods and the creek. We have a very peaceful setting. YET we are only 1 mile and less than 5 min from the charming town square

The house is a shared living space, but don't worry, the basement is totally private & has its own entrance.

Modern additions include a large bathroom with claw foot tub and shower and a nicely equipped, yet tiny kitchenette. The front porch is a great spot for that early morning cup of coffee!
