Welcome to The Majestic River Garden. This charming cottage was built in 1945 before this era of cookie cuter homes where every house in the neighborhood looks the same. The home is at one of Floridas highest elevation points sitting 40ft above sea level which gives you an incredible view of the Indian River. If you look over the neighboring roofline you can spot NASA's VAB building. The home has original charm however does boast modern updated ceramic wood floor and a modern updated kitchen.

Our 'Indian River Guest House' is in close proximity to historic Cocoa Village and the beaches-enjoy quaint restaurants, pubs, breweries, yoga studio, coffee shops, antique stores+art galleries. Approximately 8 miles to Cocoa Beach and other nearby attractions and outdoor experiences-bike/walk/run along Indian River Drive, stand up paddle boarding, kayaking, boating, sailing, fishing charters, Cocoa Village Playhouse, Kennedy Space Center, Brevard Zoo, Port Canaveral/cruise ships and more!

The Nest

The Nest has undergone a major renovation/expansion with the addition of a full kitchen/dining and separate bedroom. It is an adorable, lavishly decorated lower level, 700 sq ft cottage on a large property located along the Indian River and three blocks from the heart of Cocoa Village. Laundry facility is next door to the Nest and shared with upstairs unit. It has a private courtyard. Parking onsite for one only normal-sized vehicle. No Cleaning Fee on 1-2 day stays. Max two guests.
