Big open kitchen & living room. We have many restaurants, bars, bakery and a supermarket within 1 minute walking distance. The Avencas Beach House is an apartment located on the first line of the sea, opposite the Avencas beach and with a fabulous view over the ocean. It is 20 minutes from Lisbon and 10 minutes from Cascais. Este estúdio foi inicialmente projetado para receber a nossa filha Maria, que vive na Bélgica, quando nos viesse visitar. Apesar de ser parte da nossa casa é totalmente independente. Estando quase sempre disponível achámos que fazia todo o sentido partilhá-lo com outras pessoas. Acolhe 2 hóspedes. Tem duas camas individuais que se podem juntar. Pequena cozinha com frigorifico, micro-ondas, lava-louça e possibilidade de confeccionar refeições ligeiras numa placa no exterior.
