Das Bad mit begehbarer Dusche wurde ebenfalls komplett renoviert. Der grosse Garten mit Palmen bietet viele Schattenplätze, eine gemütliche Lounge sowie einen Gartentisch. Die Altstadt, Läden und ÖV sind nur 2 Gehmin. entfernt. Trotz der zentralen Lage, liegt die Wohnung sehr ruhig.
