Small Paradise above the Walensee

A beautiful old countryside home, lovely furnished in a paradise-like setting. The house is perfect for people who are looking to get a break from the big, loud world or would like to discover the beautiful Swiss mountains by foot. If you are coming by public transport you will need to hike one hour on a very beautiful hiking path (Weesen - Quinten). If you decide to come by car you will only need to hike 15min from the parking lot to the house. We highly recommend to wear good hiking shoes.

Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der ruhigen Lage mit der direkten, schönen Aussicht auf den Hinterrhein und die Berglandschaft. Meine Unterkunft ist geeignet für Paare, alleinreisende Abenteurer, Geschäftsreisende und Familien mit 2 Kindern.

Enjoy relaxation and seclusion in a beautiful and quiet apartment in Lantsch/Lenz: The space is all yours, including a spacious balcony with incredible views, fully equipped kitchen/bathroom, laundry facilities. Ideal for couples or families with up to 3 kids. A brand new bed guarantees the highest sleeping comfort and best relaxation. If you are more than 4 or 5 people, you can request to rent the apartment below mine as well (see picture of terrasse) which hosts another 2 people!

Auf unserer Terrasse steht ein Aussenwhirlpool für 5 Personen kostenlos zur Verfügung. Der Whirlpool befindet sich auf der Terrasse des Hauses, die gemeinsam von euch und uns genutzt wird. Um dorthin zu gelangen, müsst ihr ein paar Aussentreppen steigen. Genießt dort ungestörte Erholung mit herrlichem Ausblick!

Das Gästezimmer und Badezimmer wie auch die Stube (wo sich ein kleiner Kühlschrank, eine Nespresso Kaffeemaschine und ein Wasserkocher hat),befinden sich im Dachgeschoss mit wunderschöner Aussicht auf den Walensee und die Churfirsten. WEITERE WICHTIGE HINWEISE Unsere Katze wohnt auch im Dachgeschoss die das Badezimmer und die Stube mitbenützt. Es hat ein Parkplatz vor dem Haus und einen Sitzplatz mit Feuerstelle. Diese besondere Unterkunft hat einen ganz eigenen Stil. Sie ist neuhaft, top ausgestattet mit Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine und einem grossen Balkon. Gut gelegen zum Skifahren, einige Skigebiete in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Das Schlafzimmer hat ein Boxspringbett 180/200cm für 2 Personen, für weitere 2 Personen hat es im Wohnzimmer ein Schlafsofa somit wäre es auch mit 4 Personen möglich die Loft zu buchen.
