My place is located on west side of Youngstown in the middle of everything!It’s minutes away from restaurants, shopping and all kinds of businesses,2 miles from I-80,5 miles from downtown Youngstown, 3 miles from Casino,less than a mile from grocery store.There’s also local food mart with gas station and laundromat right next door.The apartment is on the second floor and has it’s separate entrance.For our guests we offer shampoo, conditioner, body wash and dish soap which are animal cruelty free

We are a multi purpose facility that has a gymnasium and theater company. The studio is located on the 2nd floor, nestled away, it is the perfect place to relax and take in the vast amenities of Youngstown. Close proximity to I-680, walking distance to downtown, YSU and Mill Creek Park.

Boardman House

This is our guest house on our 2 acre park like property. We completely gutted and renovated this entire house. Pictures tell the story. Completely private and peaceful for all of our guests. Why book a hotel when you can stay in a home you’ll fall in love with? Probably not a better place in the area. We are less than 1/2 mile to St. Elizabeth Hospital, Boardman, Ohio. Close to all major shopping, restaurants, etc. My fiancé and I live in the main house and work full time.
