Take a surfboard or bike (2 of each) or take an easy walk to one of the safest surfing beaches in Australia. Return to your bush haven and cool down in the beautiful 10 m x 5 m salt water pool. View the family of kangaroos. Light up the fire pit and BBQ and relax. Base price for 4 guests. Extra guests $20 per night per person which is calculated on input of numbers of guests.

The Barn

The Barn is fully self-contained accommodation 20 metres away from the main farmhouse. Wildlife abounds on this secluded 140 acre farm. You’ll wake up to the neigh of a horse, or the chatter of the cheeky King Parrots. We hope you like animals! Great place to take a break & breathe in the country air, while still being only 20min off the M1 motorway & 18min to the Grafton CBD. Fold out sofa bed available for additional guests or kiddies. The space offers 1 bedroom with a small balcony to enjoy your morning coffee, a spacious bathroom, and a living area with your own kitchenette. The cottage is attached to the main house but has its own entrance and completely separate so your privacy is respected at all times. The cottage overlooks the lovely pool. The space is quiet and well appointed making your stay extremely comfortable
