House has a fully equipped kitchen, private bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a living room with Internet enabled TV. BBQ is free to use (it is shared with guests from other apartments). Only five hundred meters from the apartment is the nearest bar where you can drink coffee or eat toast in the morning. You can also rent a motorboat there.
