“Best of Both Worlds” with water views from all rooms including the dining room. Family room with sliding glass door, sofa sleeper, 55” TV, pub table. Screened porch. Fully equipped Kitchen. The Master has a king bed, a 55” flatscreen TV, a master bath with two sinks, a tiled shower, and jetted tub. Queen bedroom has a sliding glass door with balcony. The 3rd bedroom has twin bunks and a full sized Murphy bed. 2nd bath with a large vanity and walkin shower. A garage and laundry area is below.

Dogs permitted with pre-approval and pet fee of $100. Events are permitted on a case by case basis and an event fee will apply.
