The Bed-Up makes this studio unique, with a 48km view into the Rhone valley from the moment you open your eyes. In winter the studio will charm you with the cosy fireplace and underfloor heating, in summer the natural stone terrace will invite you to stay outside and look down into the valley or gaze upon the stars

The chalet acts a point of depart for mountain walks or hikes, bike riding, snowshoeing or even cross country skiing in the winter time. Ski slopes and thermal baths can be reached in around 30 minutes by car.

Il est situé à 1300 mètres d’altitude, en amont du col de la Forclaz, au cœur du petit et calme village deTrient sans restaurant ni commerce alimentaire. Dans notre jardin et en face de notre maison. In a village of 60 inhabitants, suspended and protected you will quickly feel out of the world and you will live a unique experience. it is an ideal place for a desire for slow life, calm and serenity. However, it is not at all a place to come to party and you will be asked to respect the tranquility of the place.

Belle terrasse sud ombragée l’après midi, vues vraiment magnifiques et dégagées vers le Mont- Blanc, les aiguilles de Chamonix, « au pied » du glacier des Bossons en face. En retrait de 20m de la route dans un quartier résidentiel. Transports à 2 pas. 2 places de stationnement devant la maison. Wifi. Pas de TV.

A two-room (one-bedroom) apartment recently renovated and well located in the center of Champex-Lac. A few minutes walk from the lake, restaurants and shops, this apartment offers breathtaking views of the lake, a large terrace and a wood-burning fireplace. Internet and cable TV are included. There is free common parking outside belonging to the building. There is a communal sauna downstairs in the building as well and a baby cot available on request.
