Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. It is on our small farm with horse livery and some dogs. You are welcome to bring a dog up to 15 inches tall. Please do not allow your dog on the sofas or on the beds..There a small additional charge of £10. Because of the animals on site we do not allow parties , only approved guests please. We empty, clean, refill and heat the hot tub at every change over this is in included in the £70 cleaning fee. We also do a chemical check and treatment.

Nestled in the leafy suburb of Dore, on the edge of the Peak District and Sheffield. Self contained garden studio, with open plan kitchen/living room, shower room and upstairs attic style bedroom with double bed , sloping ceiling with some restricted height,& garden view. Private garden space & alfresco dining area for own use. May not be suitable for very overweight, tall or elderly people due to height restrictions and narrow stairs. Please feel free to ask prior to booking if any concerns.

Our COTTAGE is situated with a PARK on our doorstep and 15 min drive to Baslow in the PEAK DISTRICT . Also within walking distance to Chesterfield town center and Chatsworth road. Only a 15 min walk to bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and local boutique shops on Chatsworth Road. It is a short drive to Chatsworth house, Bakewell, Matlock and many of the delightful areas in the Peak district. Our home is cozy and welcoming! There is a kitchen, a spacious bathroom, pull-down double bed (only a small 4 ft double). The flat is best suited for a single person but if you are in a couple and the bed is ok, then this will suit you. The Peak district is just a short car ride away. Restaurants, supermarkets; train station and buses will take you to Sheffield or chesterfield.

The old stables - sleeps 2 near Dore Station

A cosy one bed cottage for a stay in Sheffield and easy access to the Peak District. The cottage has a living room (with wood burner), bathroom and kitchenette on the ground floor with a double bed upstairs in the eves. You have private garden over the bridge across the brook and a sunny patio for outdoor dining. Please note the house backs directly onto a small train track. The house is well noise insulated but you will hear the trains regularly.

We are situated about 50m from the main road and bus stops for regular direct buses to Sheffield/Chesterfield . Dronfield has a train station providing an hourly service direct to London. 1 mile from the Derbyshire countryside, 10miles - Chatsworth House, 12 miles - Bakewell.
