Villa Pomelia. Una terrazza sul mare!

4 camere da letto con aria condizionata, 2 bagni, 1 cucina vivibile e un ampio salone vista mare. La villa, caratterizzata da ampie terrazze che si affacciano sul mare, è bifamiliare e divisa su due piani, completamente indipendenti l'uno dall'altro, al di là del giardino con l'accesso al mare e del piazzale d'ingresso. L'alloggio qui descritto e le foto che vedete sono del piano superiore. Il piano inferiore della villa, è di proprietà di mio zio e viene affittato solo in estate separatamente.

The apartment (120m²) is located in a XVIII century building, just next to the cathedral and close to the sea. It offers an amazing view of Cefalù and an incomparable position. 2 King Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, a huge living and dining room, a living kitchen and a private laundry.

E' presente un vano lavanderia con lavabiancheria unicamente a vostra disposizione. In bagno c'è un'ampia e comoda doccia e i prodotti per l’ igiene personale.
