Il Nido è una struttura realizzata interamente in legno naturale, di 20 mq, pensata appositamente per 2 persone e dotato di tutti i confort. Si trova arroccato sulla roccia, con un piccolo giardino solarium, e per vivere una esperienza unica, dispone anche di una tinozza esterna jacuzzi con acqua che dovrete riscaldare con la stufa a legna apposita, NON DISPONIBILE PERO' DAL 12 GENNAIO AL 10 FEBBRAIO. Da ogni angolo si ha una vista stupenda del lago di Como e delle montagne che lo circondano.

La Darsena di Villa Sardagna, dal 1720 pertinenza dell'omonima villa nobiliare in Blevio, è un open-space unico nel suo genere, realizzato in pietra antica, legno bianco e vetro. Si affaccia su uno splendido panorama caratterizzato dalle storiche ville lariane, tra cui il Grand Hotel Villa D'Este. Offre un magnifico terrazzino prendisole, ideale per romantici aperitivi al tramonto. "Casa del campo" a Semione - 250 mq con sauna

Casa storica del 1669, ristrutturata nel 1977 e rinnovata nel 2017. È ubicata nella parte bassa di Semione, a diretto contatto con la campagna. Fa parte di un piccolo nucleo rurale circondato da campi, frutteti e vigne distante 300 metri dal fiume. È divisa in due appartamenti dotati di ingresso indipendente: uno di ca. 200 metri quadri e un altro di ca. 40 metri quadri con sauna.
