It is therefore only minutes to the Walt Disney World, Universal Studios and Sea World theme parks plus some of the world’s best golf courses. There are supermarkets and dining (both formal and informal) nearby. We have a Super Target and a Costco within 2 mile radius. Everything you could possibly need really is close at hand.

It is conveniently located 15 minutes from the Orlando International Airport; 12 minutes from Gatorland, 25 from Walt Disney World, Universal Studios; and 1 hour from Kennedy Space Center and Cocoa Beach. USTA campus 20 minute drive via 417. Eateries, grocery stores, and pharmacies are within a 5 minute drive. 1 room is used for storage (not shown)

The apartment is located approximately 20 minutes away from the Theme Parks of the Orlando area. The Orlando International Airport (MCO) is approximately 15 minutes away from the apartment. The space has an independent entrance, the guests will get the key to enter. The apartment is annexed to the main home, it is a garage converted to apartment It is private. Area: 329.42 square feet or 30.6 square meters. There is a WASHER and a DRYER. The parking spot is located outside on the driveway.
