Our cozy, oceanfront gem has amazing views and is the perfect place to relax and reconnect with yourself, loved ones, and friends. When whales are migrating, you can spot them from our comfy couch. Experience all The Sea Ranch has to offer when you stay at our modern Sea Ranch home in a light-filled living space with golden meadow views. Our family-friendly home with 2BR + kids loft / 2BA is located at the north end of Sea Ranch. We are a block to the 7-mile Sea Ranch Bluff trail that spans along the entire Sea Ranch coast and a 5 minute drive to the town of Gualala (stores and restaurants) as well as Gualala State Beach, Del Mar Rec Center, and Sea Ranch Golf Course (currently closed).

Modern Cabin within Redwoods of P.A.

Loft-like, light-filled cabin in a private Forrest with access to lots of trails and our own mind nurturing creek. This cabin is equipped with all the amenities you like to have in your city home. The blazing fast internet helps you to stay connected while you can enjoy privacy, calmness and nature. Besides a full bathroom the cabin features an outdoor shower and the well appointed kitchen even has a dishwasher. Our newest addition: extra office with the peace and privacy for 100% efficiency.

Stargaze

Kick back and relax in this stylish and modern space. High ceilings and new finishes highlight this large one bedroom residence. The main living area is open concept with a breakfast bar and space to relax (or do yoga, etc.). All appliances are modern (gas stove, microwave, dishwasher). The bathroom is beautifully tiled and has an on demand water heater. No steps to entry or inside make this a very accessible, level-in dwelling. The living room opens to a private, redwood fenced yard.

Historic Baker House available for the first time

As seen in Dwell, Turnbull's Baker House is a Sea Ranch classic Binker Barn resting on 2 acres of redwoods. While it was built in 1968, it's been updated to make sure you have everything you need for a private and relaxing stay: the separate office has monitors and 300+ Mbps internet, the kitchen is fully-equipped, and the garage has a level 2 EV charger and a Peloton. Enjoy the outdoors year-round from the hot tub or the Galanter & Jones heated furniture that overlooks the forest and ocean.

Tucked away in the redwoods, this newly furnished home is a serene retreat at Sea Ranch. It enjoys near-total privacy on three acres of forest, plus the sound, smell and sight of the ocean through a gap in the trees on a clear day.
