Sawtell Beach Hideaway

Set in behind the sand dunes of Sawtell's main beach and 5 min walk to the main street. This unique house has a private entry to the beach from the back courtyard . The ground floor has 2 x bedrooms , 1 x bathroom , kitchen, lounge/dining room and laundry. Level 1 has 1 x bedroom , 1 x bathroom, large open room with a fold out queen sofa bed and access to the patio. The courtyard has an outdoor shower, BBQ and out door dining setting. On site parking is available with free street parking also.

Biddy's Beach House

'Biddy's Beach House' is moments from the beach in the heart of Sawtell. This luxurious, 3 bedroom beach house is a 2 minute walk to both the beach and Sawtell's main street, featuring cafe's, restaurants, boutique shops and cinema, bars and bakeries. Enjoy spacious, open planned-living. Lounge on the balcony with a coffee or champagne (depending on the time of day) and listen to the ocean. We are a few minutes walk from Boambee Beach & Boambee Bay,5 minute drive to Sawtell village & Coffs International Stadium. The studio features an open plan with separate bathroom. Our home is on the top level with the studio situated on the ground level underneath our living area.Featuring one queen bed, sofa, TV, kettle, unlimited wifi, electric frypan, toaster,microwave& ceiling fan for cooling.All linen provided. Suit singles or a couple. Guests have their own private side gate access.
