The carriage house is a completely stand alone building with our private home in the front of the property. The unit is on the 2nd floor and includes one parking spot in driveway . Driveway gate can be locked at night It borders Saratoga Racetrack, making it a few minutes walk to either entrance. Racing Museum, Fasig Tipton and downtown are all within 4 blocks. You can use our family (unheated) pool open mid June to September. Not suitable for pets or children. Special prices for long term.

Situated in a small, quiet neighborhood adjacent to 170 acre nature preserve, to access for hiking. Minutes to SPAC & the State Park(2.4 miles), Downtown Saratoga(4 miles), the Race Track & Racino(5 miles). Groceries & more right up the road.
