THERE IS ELEVETOR, NO STEPS. Si affitta l'intero appartamento di 90 mq, luminoso, vista mare, con portineria, ascensore da piano terra al 5° piano, in un signorile edificio al centro di Salerno. Non si sente il rumore del traffico, in quanto affaccia su un'aria pedonale. Dal letto della camere matrimoniale è possibile ammirare il mare, ma anche da un ampio balcone, attrezzato. E' dotato di Wi-Fi, TV, Netflix, aria condizionata e riscaldamenti. per il Check-in fuori orari il costo è di 100 euro.

Dimora Tipica is located in Praiano. It enjoys of spectacular sea views, from where you can admire an amazing sunrise. The house has a large solarium with hot tub,sunbeds, table and chairs. The bedroom is recently renovated, has a queen size bed and a single bed. There is a kitchen fully equipped and a bathroom. The location is quite, there are 50 steps to reach the house from the road where the car can be parked. Within a walking distance there are grocery stores, restaurants and bus stops.
