The Coastal Vibe in our home will richen your SouthWestFlorida experience. This New Duplex Construction home offers 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a well stocked kitchen, clean new laundry area with a washer and dryer in unit and a screened lanai with a patio and backyard space. A beach drive takes 12 min(aprox.) and we provide two beach chairs with an umbrella, a cooler bag and a few beach towels. We are only 15 miles away from Mineral Springs At a temperature of 87 degrees, comprised of 51 minerals.

Relax with the whole family at this beautiful and peaceful place! This place created for 5 to 6 persons. The couch in the living room can fit 1 adult and one child. Master bedroom has beautiful king-size bed, 2 good size closets and full bathroom. The second room has very sturdy and comfortable 2 twin beds, a good size closet and a soft carpet in between. This house has big living room with huge couch for the 5th person to sleep and 6th small person. The full kitchen had good size pauntry.
