Esternamente c'è uno spazio dedicato alla cottura in forno a legna e uno spazio per il barbecue.

Si tratta della celebre strada sopraelevata, inglobata negli edifici sovrastanti piazza Marconi, che segnava il percorso dei birocciai verso le vicine cave del gesso.
