Welcome to our Villa Apartment in Pula! Our 120m² apartment is located in the peaceful Marina Veruda area, right at the entrance to the stunning Verudela peninsula. It’s just a short walk to the best beaches in Pula, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind, while also being close to everything you need to explore. Our guests have access to a large, shared 32m² swimming pool, with plenty of deck chairs around it to lounge in the sun. You’ll find a peaceful outdoor area to relax and enjoy after a day by the sea. The best part of our villa? It’s all within walking distance. You’ll find Supermarket Grga just 50 meters away for all your grocery needs. The nearest beach is only 450 meters from the villa, and if you want to explore Pula, the tourist office is just 150 meters away. The bus stop to take you into the heart of the city is right around the corner - 200 meters away, just a one-minute walk. Our villa is designed to make you feel at home. The apartment is modern, fresh, and fully air-conditioned for your comfort. Inside, you'll find everything you need for a stress-free stay, from a fully equipped kitchen to high-speed Wi-Fi, cozy bedrooms, and fresh bed linens and towels - all you need to bring are your personal belongings! :) Our favourite spot? Our BBQ and jungle garden area. After a day of exploring or swimming, our BBQ area in the jungle garden is the perfect place to unwind. Gelegen mitten in Istrien – der Region, die bei den Römern als Terra Magica bekannt war und wo bis heute vieles an die Blütezeit der Kultivierung des Landes erinnert. Die ehrwürdigen Städte auf den Hügeln, das klare, blaue Meer, die Geschichte sind nur einige der Attraktionen der Halbinsel.

Kućica je prvenstveno bila namijenjena za uživanje obitelji u njoj i ugošćavanje prijatelja uz kamin,dobru hranu,vino i vatricu. Zato i ima veeeliki stol i klupe. Uredili smo ju po svom guštu, sav namještaj izrađen je od drva. Pri uređenju se nismo vodili time da sve mora biti usklađeno i da paše već time da nama bude lijepo,ugodno i funkcionalno. Kako smo s vremenom došli na ideju da bismo mogli iznajmljivati, nadamo se da će i svim gostima koji se zateknu u njoj biti isto tako lijepo i ugodno.

Lokacija ove ville pruža izvrstan balans mira i privatnosti. Udaljena od gradske vreve, dok je i dalje dovoljno blizu poznatih turističkih destinacija na obali. Najbliži obalni gradovi su od ville udaljeni samo kratku vožnju.(15km).Iz Fažane moguće je brodom poći na izlet Nacionalni park Brijuni. Možete posjetiti središnju Istru uživati u predivnim pogledima i kušati Istarske delicije pršut fuže i druge specijalitete. Posjetite Pulu, rimski amfiteatar, predivni Rovinj, dvorac u Savičenti.

Kuća se nalazi u mjestu Štinjan, udaljenom svega 5 km od grada Pule i nešto manje od 2 km od plaže Hidrobaza. Kuća ima 4 spavače sobe, 4 kupatila, prostran dnevi boravak i kuhinju. U dvorištu se nalazi bazen sa ležaljkama kao i dvije terase. Ispred kuće nalazi se parking za više vozila. Kuća se nalazi u naseljenom mjestu te nisu dozvoljene zabave, potrebno je pridržavati se kućnog reda ( nije dozvoljeno glasno puštanje glazbe kao i glasno pričanje i vikanje).
