Composta da una camera da letto, una seconda stanza con divano letto, una luminosa cucina soggiorno , bagno e patio circondato da alberi da frutta. Oltre alla fermata dei bus appena fuori dalla proprietà è possibile raggiungere il centro a piedi tramite una strada panormica.
