Appartamento in zona isolata nella stupenda Val Zebrù del Parco Nazionale dello Stelvio. Ottimo per passare una vacanza al contatto con la natura ricca di flora e fauna selvatica. Riscaldamento a legna, l’energia elettrica è fornita da un impianto fotovoltaico. Nella zona non vi è connessione telefonica, ma è presente una connessione wi-fi in baita, inoltre vicino vi sono due ristori dove si possono degustare i cibi locali. La baita è raggiungibile a piedi o con le jeep autorizzate al transito.

Il Maso è composto da 3 unità abitative, per un totale di 10 persone, tutte con entrata indipendente: al piano terra il trilocale Papavero e al primo piano il monolocale Margherita e il bilocale Primula. Il trilocale Papavero ha accesso diretto sul giardino comune ed è composto da un ampia zona giorno con cucina, divano, un grande tavolo 6 posti ed una stufa ad olle, una camera matrimoniale, una camera doppia con letto a castello ed un bagno.

With a view of the Alps, the holiday apartment "Thalerhof Naturae Oasis Ritten" in Auna di Sotto/Unterinn is perfect for a relaxing holiday. The 38 m² property consists of a living room, a kitchen with a dishwasher, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and a TV. We live in a large historic residence from the 1600s in the small village fraction of Scanna in the municipality of Livo. We rent 40s qm apartment ideal for 2 adults and a small child. Our guests can share our large garden with us. Small pets extra charge of 5.00 euros per night. Our dog Masha also lives in the house with us. Mandatory provincial tourist tax of 1 euro per person per night; to be paid in cash upon arrival.
