We look forward to welcoming you into the characterful 'Petit Manoir' in the heart of the Perigord Vert. Our extensive gardens are the perfect place to relax, or if you wish to venture further, there are plenty of walks from the front door. The charming wing includes a master bedroom on the first floor with adjoining pigeonnier for use as study or extra bedroom, while the ground floor comprises a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, kitchen, open plan living/dining room and an exercise room.

The table football and ping pong in the huge barn help to make Le Puy Manié is the perfect holiday destination all year round.

L'Ombrière is a beautiful 18th-century residence located 5 km from the medieval city of Sarlat, and is 200 m from the tremendous Château de Montfort , which is also a fascinating village in the Dordogne valley. Beautiful panoramic views of the Dordogne Valley and close to the river and its swimming spots. Perfect starting point for visiting all the touristic sites of the region. 4 lovely bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and private toilet. The 2 attic rooms are equipped with AC.

Er zijn leuke dorpjes in de buurt, met markten, wandelroutes, zwemmeer en zwembaden op rijafstand. De gîte heeft een privé parkeerplaats en een afgesloten tuin. Huisdieren zijn in overleg toegestaan. Wij vragen hier een toeslag voor ( aangeven bij de boeking ).Feesten/binnen roken en vapen zijn niet toegestaan.

Entièrement rénové début 2022, le gîte peut accueillir jusqu’à 4 personnes et est idéalement situé à quelques minutes seulement du centre historique et des commerces dans un environnement calme et verdoyant. Le gîte est sur notre propriété, mais est totalement indépendant de notre maison.
