At all times, you can enjoy the view on the river from your own private patio or the warmth of the fire pit in the yard.

This is a bright and airy carriage house located on the second floor in a quiet walkable neighborhood. Living room has a drop down movie screen, brand-new sofa with chaise and pull out queen sized bed. Galley kitchen is new with a Smeg stove and oven, dishwasher. Bedroom has a queen size adjustable bed, 52 inch TV with wifi and cable. The bathroom has a soaking tub and a walk in shower a vanity with double sinks. Walking the property not only gives you a bit of exercise but allows you to take in the beautiful views and native foliage.

(There are currently NO animals on the farm, as this is primarily a nut tree farm.) 1800's barn that was original barn to Governor Yates Mansion - which now houses a 2nd floor quiet, quaint 400 sq. ft "open concept" studio. Private outdoor deck, offstreet parking.
