Βρίσκεται σε κεντρικό σημείο στην παραλία της Νικήτης πολύ κοντά σε εστιατόρια, σουπερμάρκετ, μπαρ και 5' με τα πόδια από το κοντινότερο beach bar. Διαθέτει 2 υπνοδωμάτια με 1 διπλό και 2 μονά κρεβατια (γίνονται και διπλο κατόπιν συνεννόησης) , 1 σαλοκουζίνα με άνετο τραπέζι για φαγητό και 1 μπάνιο καθώς και μεγάλο μπαλκόνι με τραπεζαρία εξωτερικού χώρου και καναπέ.

Welcome to the renovated (2024) apartment in the center of Nikiti beach, just 30 meters from the sea! You leave your car in our yard and you have the possibility to do everything on foot (sea, entertainment and shopping). It has a balcony with a table to enjoy your coffee and food, while you can freely use the grill in the gazebo. You are in the center of Nikiti, but at the same time having the sense of privacy and tranquility you are looking for!

Enjoy moonlit nights and warm sunrises with island views. Walk to the bottom of the hill to your private little Pebble beach (warning it is a little bit of a hike to the bottom). We are in between Vouvourou, and Ormos Panagia and a car is needed. The bedroom has a queen but 3 guests can fit due to a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. The apartment is about 40 square meters.
