Gaze over stunning 180-degree views of islands on Lago Maggiore from the expansive, floor-to-ceiling windows of this lovely, 230-year-old rustic stone villa. Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

La casa si trova al centro dell' antico borgo medievale di Rivoira, accanto al forno a legna della comunità e vicino all'antico torchio per la spremitura dell'uva. L'abitato si trova ad un'altezza di circa 500 metri all'imbocco della Valle Vigezzo, e l'edificio si affaccia sulla splendida vallata dell'Ossola, di fronte al Moncucco e a Domobianca.

Splendido chalet appartato in un angolo nascosto del Piemonte, al confine con la Svizzera situato a 1300 mls. Lo chalet è all'interno di in un’oasi verde di prato, pascolo e orti, circondata da una fitta foresta di pini secolari. Ideale per chi cerca tranquillità, il contatto con se stesso e la natura. La vista sui 4000 svizzeri è mozzafiato! Durante la stagione invernale, in caso di nevicate, bisognerà parcheggiare a circa 500 mt dallo chalet, vi aiuteremo volentieri con i vostri bagagli!

Si trova in un piccolo villaggio alpino da cui si parte per raggiungere altri villaggi e località, a piedi e in auto. Il giardino a uso esclusivo con area pranzo, barbecue, piscina, ombrelloni e sdraio è molto amato. E' presente Wi-Fi.

Ampia zona giorno silenziosa e luminosa, con stufa a legna, bagno con doccia e balcone al 1° piano; camera matrimoniale, cameretta con letto a castello e lettino bebè, bagno con vasca, ripostiglio e cortile esclusivo al pianterreno. Nello chalet tutto funziona ad elettricità; i consumi relativi all'energia elettrica non sono compresi nel prezzo.

Within 5 minutes you are at the ski valley resort of Belalp, which can be reached by car or bus. The house is heated with wood with the soapstone stove from 1882. In the bedroom there is another wood-burning stove with a view of the burning flames.
