Our place is clean, bright and spacious. It is a truly warm and inviting space for 1 - 4 guests. We are located in the heart of the Park Avenue neighborhood, where restaurants, cafés and shops are just steps away. It is a super comfortable place with a strong home away from home vibe. We have a very simple check in process and no "chore" list for guests at check out. We can accommodate off street parking for two vehicles on the property. We are happy to host a maximum of 4 guests.

Our lake house has been renovated with the comfort and enjoyment of our guests in mind. Come and relax on one of the 4 patios or 2 decks and enjoy the beauty of lake life. Our place is in a small neighborhood ( 72 homes) with side walks. The Rochester airport is East of us and about three miles away, Robert Wesleyan, RIT, and U of R are about five miles away. WE DO NOT HOST GUEST THAT LIVE LOCALLY. You can always inquire for special request or situations for exceptions.

Our place is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). It is over 1000 square feet, in an Historic House. We are seasoned airbnb hosts (check out our other listing APT #1), with great reviews. This is a huge spacious apt great for visiting the U of R (with our without family). It is on the second floor, so there is a staircase. You are free to enjoy the backyard and front porch.
