The Shady Rest Cottage in historic McCloud

The Shady Rest is an original Mill house built in 1924 for workers at the McCloud Mill. We have tried to keep the rustic charm of the home with the original wood floors and countertops, farmhouse sink, and a clawfoot tub. There is a large fenced yard and a cozy front porch to enjoy the mountain air. It is located at the end of a quiet street .8 miles from HooHoo Park and 1.4 miles from Dance Country or the McCloud Hotel. A short drive gets you to the Ski Park, McCloud Falls, hiking and fishing.

Bradley Creek Cottage ~ Dunsmuir

Kick back & relax in this calm, stylish space, listen to the sound of Bradley Creek as it runs next to this unique home. Quiet, peaceful & recently remodeled. One bedroom downstairs & an open layout design with a 2nd bed/pull out sofa. Enjoy the deck outside the upstairs living space, or sit by the creek. Walking distance to town or a short drive to quaint Downtown Dunsmuir. Mount Shasta is 8 miles to the north, offering the best of Northern California; Hiking, Swimming, Fishing & so much more.

Recently remodeled 3000+ sq/ft home within walking distance to downtown McCloud, 5 min drive from Ski Park Highway, 15 min drive to downtown Mt Shasta. This pet friendly home is the quintessential mountain lodge on 2.5 acres with a park like setting. Sleepy Hollow (DOGS OK $40 pet fee for each dog)

Beautiful 3 bedroom home in the small, historic town of McCloud. Booking requires a 3 night minimum. This home has a lot to offer and includes a wonderful wood-burning fireplace, air conditioner and a large backyard that backs up to the forest - don't be surprised if you see some deer while enjoying the yard. Dogs are welcomed ($40 pet fee for each dog 2 dogs max. This pet fee is extra for our cleaning girl. For extra dog hair clean up.Keep in mind possible power outage during winter.

Ibuki House of McCloud- Pet Friendly!

Our house is situated in McCloud, nestled on the southern slope of majestic Mount Shasta, offering year-round recreational activities. The historic McCloud downtown, where you find unique dining and shopping venues, is within walking distance. You can easily access Mt. Shasta Ski Park for winter sports and McCloud Falls for a summer excursion. Enjoy the fully fenced backyard, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the peace! Please note that we don't accept guests with no or bad reviews.

Redband Retreat

Great location located in the heart of McCloud near shops and restaurants. Easy access to highway for skiing, snowboarding, and sledding in the winter and fishing, hiking and boating in the summer! The view of Mt Shasta can be enjoyed on the front porch while you sip your favorite drink! Enjoy the warmer months on the back patio that has a patio table and a beautiful and delicious apple tree! Cameras temporarily installed in laundry room pointing to side yard- no sound recorded-

The Blue Haven, located in the friendly Gateway Community is the perfect place to rejuvenate and unwind. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space with all new amenities. The kitchen is fully equipped and prepped to make any meal. The firm queen bed and firm pull-out sofa are extremely comfortable with cooling mattress toppers and pillowcase covers. It is a 4-minute drive from downtown, a quarter mile from the headwaters, and .2 miles walk to the Peace Garden.
