Vintage Garden Apartment

Our Vintage Garden Studio Apartment, suitable for two people, is sunny, nicely furnished, fully equipped, with a large terrace lounge and a BBQ. Our guests have free use of bathroom essentials, towels,a hair dryer, an electric cooker, a kettle, a toaster and a lot of other smaller and bigger things that’ll contribute to make their holiday unique and memorable. The apartment is located at about 2 km from the city centre and about 4 km from the sea and beaches. It has free parking and free Wi-Fi.

Kućica je prvenstveno bila namijenjena za uživanje obitelji u njoj i ugošćavanje prijatelja uz kamin,dobru hranu,vino i vatricu. Zato i ima veeeliki stol i klupe. Uredili smo ju po svom guštu, sav namještaj izrađen je od drva. Pri uređenju se nismo vodili time da sve mora biti usklađeno i da paše već time da nama bude lijepo,ugodno i funkcionalno. Kako smo s vremenom došli na ideju da bismo mogli iznajmljivati, nadamo se da će i svim gostima koji se zateknu u njoj biti isto tako lijepo i ugodno.

Pozor! Moj apartman se nalazi u samom centru cresa, Lošinjska 53 je moja adresa, aibrnb je pogrešno stavio moju lokaciju, za više informacija obratite se u poruci. Stan se nalazi na 2. katu, ima 52 kvadrata. Ima dvije spavaće sobe te jednu kupaonicu, kuhinju(kompletno oprmeljenu), hodnik i dnevni boravak. Ima pristup internetu te dvije televzije. Pušenje je dozvoljeno. Stan se nalazi 1 minutu od samog centra grada gdje možete pronaći razne restorane, trgovine i sve što vam treba.

Light-flooded apartment (loft) in a villa with a wonderful view of the sea and the mountains beyond. 65 m2 apartment with a roof terrace that offers a 250 degree view. 300 meters as the birds flies and 5 minutes on foot via a staircase to the sea. Very quiet residential area. Free parking space. The forest with paths for walking and hiking are just behind the house. Healthy living because ecological building materials were used. Located in Valun, 200 metres from Zdovica Beach and 300 metres from Raca Beach, Sea La Vie provides air-conditioned accomodation with a balcony and free WiFi. The property features sea and city view and quiet street views. The apartment is equipped with 1 bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen with an oven and a toaster, and 1 bathroom with a hair dryer, washing machine and free toiletries. Guest can take in the views of the sea from the balcony which also has outdoor furniture.

Calm and quiet neighbourhood ideal for people who want to have a soothing and relaxing stay.

The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.
