Für dein Mittag- oder Abendessen kannst du frische Kräuter aus den Kräutergarten holen und frische Milch und Eier, von unseren Hühnern, für das Frühstück gibt es auch bei uns. Pfalzen ist gut an die öffentlichen Verkehrsverbindungen angebunden, alle 30 Minuten gibt es eine Busverbindung nach Bruneck.
