This 1200 sq ft cabin is on 20 acres of land in Ballston Lake, NY. Start your morning off with coffee on the porch listening to nature and seeing the horses in the pasture. We offer a grill (Propane is provided) and an outdoor fireplace to make s’mores (some firewood is provided) Your peaceful vacation is waiting for you and your family. If you have any special requests we will try to accommodate you. We have many memories here we please ask that you treat this home as if it was your own.

Convenient, quiet, safe location that is just off I-87 Exit 13 -within 6 miles from SPAC, Track, Saratoga Lake, and downtown. The apartment is cozy, clean, and thoughtfully provisioned. As hosts, we prioritize your privacy and offer a hassle free experience with super easy check-in/check-out and no cleaning fee. Please be aware that the bathroom shower in this space is compact.

Cottage in the Woods built with our own hands!

Our sweet little 520 square ft. cottage has one open loft bedroom and is perfect for one person or a couple. It is located about 1.5 miles from the track and within walking distance to downtown Saratoga Springs. It is next to Skidmore woods with hiking trails and easy access to the campus. It is a perfect place if you are looking for quiet and rest located at the end of a dead-end road and is also right next to our house so we are always available. A perfect little getaway.

Delightful 3,000 sqft lakefront town home only 15 minutes to the historic Saratoga Springs Track and cultural center, on the east shore of the lake, 3 miles to Brown's Beach. Beautiful and spacious rooms with custom finishes. Cozy fireplace to conquer the cold weather! An amazing place to enjoy the gorgeous sunsets from the private wrap around porch! The driveway can accommodate 3 cars. Snowshoes in the closet for your use! 12' indoor shuffleboard table for hours of fun!

There is also a small private flagstone patio for nature lovers. It is located only 5 minutes from broadway, 8 minutes from SPAC and 10 minutes to Saratoga Racetrack. Lake George is a brief 30 minute drive. Unique to this location is a horse farm on the opposite side of the street.
