Vintage Garden Apartment

Our Vintage Garden Studio Apartment, suitable for two people, is sunny, nicely furnished, fully equipped, with a large terrace lounge and a BBQ. Our guests have free use of bathroom essentials, towels,a hair dryer, an electric cooker, a kettle, a toaster and a lot of other smaller and bigger things that’ll contribute to make their holiday unique and memorable. The apartment is located at about 2 km from the city centre and about 4 km from the sea and beaches. It has free parking and free Wi-Fi.

Kućica je prvenstveno bila namijenjena za uživanje obitelji u njoj i ugošćavanje prijatelja uz kamin,dobru hranu,vino i vatricu. Zato i ima veeeliki stol i klupe. Uredili smo ju po svom guštu, sav namještaj izrađen je od drva. Pri uređenju se nismo vodili time da sve mora biti usklađeno i da paše već time da nama bude lijepo,ugodno i funkcionalno. Kako smo s vremenom došli na ideju da bismo mogli iznajmljivati, nadamo se da će i svim gostima koji se zateknu u njoj biti isto tako lijepo i ugodno.

Kuća Lilla je potpuno adaptirana. Smještena je u malom šarmantnom selu Loborika. Blizina mnogobrojnih plaža, uvala i ostalih sportskih i kulturnih sadržaja istočne, zapadne i južne obale velika je prednost ove kuće za odmor. Plaže i centar grada su udaljeni 10 min. autom, a centar Loborike sa trgovinom, cafeom i restoranom na 2 min. pješice. Kuća ima vlastito dvorište od 1200m2, free parking unutar dvorišta. Villa Dunja smještena je na mirnoj lokaciji s privatnim bazenom u blizini Pule . Ovaj lijepi smještaj može primiti do 8 osoba i udaljen je 10km od mora. The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.
