Our house is located in the small fishing village of Ližnjan, in southern Istria, Croatia. The house is 1 km away from the nearest beach, which is suitable for small children. Within a 3 km radius, there are many wild beaches, either rocky or pebbly, with crystal-clear sea. You can reach these wild beaches by car via a stone road or on foot if you prefer. The house is approximately 9 km from the larger city of Pula, where you can visit numerous historical and other attractions.

Kuća "Belveder" sastoji se od jedne jednokrevetne prostrane spavaće sobe, dnevnog boravka s blagovaonicom i kuhinjom, te kupaonicom s walk in tuš, i perilicom rublja. Kuhinja je opremljena indukcijom, hladnjakom s ledenicom, perilicom suđa, aparatom za kavu, kuhalom za vodu i tosterom. Kuća ima prekrasnu terasu u hladu vinove loze. Villa Sarita is designed and built (2008-2010), with natural materials, brick, natural white stone, oak and Terracota of Istria, which were processed in a classical way. The villa covers an area of 350 m2 of living space (interior of 200m2, 150m2 terrace) and 2,000 m2 of space in the yard where is a little forest of oaks. Ground floor flat is functionally designed with all the necessary space for 8-10 people.
