A family-friendly escape, a 5-minute drive to our quaint town of Germantown, & 15 minutes to the hip town of Hudson. Just a little further & you are in Red Hook or Rhinebeck!

Private Hudson Valley Loft on 200 Acre Horse Farm

Escape to Germantown, explore the farm’s 200-acres and visit the horses. they love carrots and visitors! Bright and airy open floor plan loft in Germantown, NY. Once an apple storage barn, this recently remodeled loft features two bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, beautiful original pine floors, gas fireplace, central air, cook’s kitchen, and a large outdoor deck overlooking open fields and a pond. We are dog friendly up to 2 dogs. There is a $50.00 fee per dog. NO CATS.
