Please Note: Lake Lure was impacted by Hurricane Helene in Sept 2024. While the area is rebuilding and many businesses are reopening, the lake remains closed. Our cottage continues to host peaceful, restorative stays, but some guests find limited activities. Spring Mountain House

Spring mountain house is a modern micro cabin perched above the creek in a lush mountain forest. Scandinavian inspired, this cabin was designed and built by the hosts using site-harvested lumber and custom hand-crafted wood and metalwork features. The cabin lays on a south-facing mountain covered in rhododendron forest with the view and sounds of the creek below.
