La pace, la vista del lago sia dal terrazzo che dal giardino rendono questo luogo unico. Siviano è il posto più tranquillo su un'isola che ha delle caratteristiche molto particolari: le auto private non possono sbarcare, si possono affittare biciclette , usare il bus pubblico e soprattutto scoprirla a piedi. La terrazza sul lago è una casa graziosa con vista panoramica sul lago di Iseo. Situata a 500 mt dal lago, vicina ad un parco giochi attrezzato. Ideale sia per la coppia, che per famiglie e i vostri animali domestici. L'appartamento è su un unico piano con uno spazio antistante la casa dove cenare godendovi il panorama. L'appartamento dispone di una cucina completa e comoda, di due stanze da letto, un bagno attrezzato. A 50 mt c'è una piazzola gratuita dove poter parcheggiare la macchina.

The cedar of Lebanon in the garden seems to touch the clouds while the changing waters of Lake Iseo merge with the sky. You could spend hours admiring the landscape from the window of the room listening to the sound of Nature... a bit like my grandfather Marco did in the 60s. He lay down in the green grass to take a nap (the house wasn't there yet^^) and thought that it wouldn't be bad to build a house with a big garden to enjoy the landscapes of this secondary lake in northern Italy...
