A neighbor has teenagers and are sometimes known to play loud music and present as teenagers. The unit is above the two-car garage where you enter to go up stairs to the 500 square foot apartment. It has a living room, full kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. It's a few short blocks to Intracoastal Waterway (ICW) where you can enjoy breath-taking walks. Short drive to everything!

The Ollie Vee in Crescent City

The Ollie Vee is located on a quiet cul-de-sac of 4 homes. Trees dripping with Spanish moss, wandering wild turkeys, a pair of nearby eagles, and a view of Crescent Lake complete the mood. The "meow" call of the local peacocks is heard throughout the neighborhood.... with a few sometimes roosting in the trees in the yard.
