Large patio doors lead out onto a spacious, private garden with wood decking, a heated pool, sun loungers and table.

This design focused tiny home is on a 105ha farm 10 minutes from the beautiful beaches of Porto Covo, with a private lake. So close to the beach, and with all the charm of the Alentejo countryside. A large deck opens from the kitchen and living room, with outdoor seating, and another sunset deck with an outdoor bath. Inside you will find a fully functioning kitchen, bathroom, a double bed and a mezzanine up the ladder with another double bed. Perfect for a romantic weekend or a family getaway.

Arriving at Olival de São Filipe means first stopping to take in the view. The high location of the seven-hectare estate provides rich vistas. “Even more beautiful than in the pictures”, is a frequently heard response. Casa das Pérgolas is more than a beach house, it is an extremely confortable house in summer or winter, making it a perfect year-round peaceful retreat. Our house is located in Brejos da Carregueira de Cima, a 5-minute drive away from the beaches of Comporta, Carvalhal and Pego. You can also rent a bike nearby and access secluded beaches which are not easily accessible by car. The well preserved natural reserve of pine forest right in front of our house is perfect for a morning walk.

The houses have a kitchen and a spacious living room and a lounge area with a wood-burning stove. There is one ensuite bedroom with double beds. You will have access to a common swimming pool.
