Logger Cabin

Rest peacefully in this unique, authentic PNW get away. Only 10 minutes from town, escape without going too far! Nestled in the woods of North Olympia, near many waterfront parks and activities. The cabin is estimated to have been built originally in the late 1800’s by loggers clearing this area.The cabin is newly renovated to include a huge walk in rain shower with 2 heads. Upstairs full height loft bedroom with gorgeous custom canoe light overhead. Full kitchen, toiletries, and fast Wifi.

When you arrive you will see our Modern Cottage on Hicks Lake with 2 Guest Parking spots. Experience the Kayaks, Paddle Boat, Row Boat, Dock for Fishing(during Season license required) or Sitting with a glass of wine while watching the Geese and Bald Eagles, as well as a Firepit area for evening Smores . The Cottage has 1 Bedroom with Queen Bed and Another Queen Bed in Main Cabin space. Also it's own deck with outdoor seating, eating area and BBQ . Beautiful inside and out. Come stay with us!

UPDATE: The historic fireplace is now operational!! Just steps away from the water, the St. Clair Cottage provides beautiful views of Lake St. Clair. You will the love seclusion of nearly two acres of property surrounding the cottage. The perfect place to enjoy a sunny day on the lake or a cup of tea on a rainy day. With adult and kids kayaks, a rowboat, paddleboat, and canoe we have lots of options to get out and explore the lake. Or take a dip off the private dock when the weather is warm.

Conveniently located minutes to downtown Olympia, the waterfront, the capital, farmers market, waterfront and restaurants. It’s a perfect location for travelers looking to experience the local vibe. Looking for a quiet place to get away “glamp” - our special cabin is the place for you. The cabin is SMALL and cozy. Right on the water with use of kayaks, paddle boards, & canoe. It features a queen bed in upstairs sleeping loft as well as a couch that pulls out into a double size sleeper, covered kitchen & private hot shower located OUTSIDE. There's an easy-to-use Incenelet toilet. Someone will meet you to go over check-in when you arrive. We allow you to bring 2 dogs - $50 each.
