Sadrzi spavacu sobu sa 1 bracnim krevetom, kupaonicu sa walk in tušem, kuhinju i blagavaonicu te kauc na razvlacenje sa nadmadracem te terasu sa stolom za ručanje. U prizemlju se nalazi bazen sa lezaljkama, tušem, stolom za ručanje i rostiljem sa mini kuhinjicom na raspolaganju gostima cijele kuće.
